ImPRessions

Structure of the Firm

1. Clients

2. Associates

3. Account Executives

4. Supervisors

5. CEO

Clients and Associates are at the top with an equal importance. ImPRessions' mission is to provide superior service to clients and quality learning experiences for members. All other offices exist to support these two sections.

Account Executives are team leaders. They are responsible for guiding members through the public relations process, planning, implementation and evaluation-and to coordinate all the team's work with the client. Must schedule meetings, set agendas, edit members' work and keep the team moving forward. Be responsible for communicating with clients, advising them about the most effective public relations strategies, keeping them informed about the team's progress and being sure all work is completed on time.

Supervisor's primary responsibility is to answer any questions you have. They must also provide a fresh pair of eyes to edit work before it's sent to the client and they are there to intervene should a problem arise.

CEO is the liaison between ImPRessions and the PRSSA executive board. CEO is responsible for coordinating all the firm's activities including client selection, team assignments, account initiations and firm meetings.
